You have mad follow-through for everyone except yourself

(Well that’s embarrassing…)

Somehow, your own rebrand is the one project that always slides to the bottom of the list

Every time you open up a blank canvas trying to whip up your new logo suite or brand assets, you draw a blank.

So 5 seconds later, you go “I’ll deal with it ToMoRrOw."

The rebrand you needed? Got pushed to the lowest on your priorities. Again.

It’s hard to admit as someone who goes above and beyond for your clients, just looking at your rebrand to-do list overwhelms you.

But it doesn’t have to be this way. It all depends on — actions.

Pssst spoiler: not ALL actions come with the mental load.

But I’m here to save you the time and the overwhelm.

Here’s your brand.

From squirrel-brain to launch-ready

From creative direction to launch day — handled

If you’re anything like me (a squirrely brain), this thing ain’t happening unless it’s going down right NOW.

First Light runs as a focused, two-week sprint, because you needed this yesterday.

Days 1-2: Locking in your creative direction

Clear decisions about how your brand shows up and what it needs to support this next phase of your business.

Days 3-5: I design while you get out of your head

This is where your rebrand comes to life. Translating direction into something real instead of another half-finished idea.

Week two: Implementation and launch

We refine what needs refining, build what you’ll actually use, and you book a 1:1 call with me so I can understand your capacity, communication style, and preferred platforms.

From there, I map your rollout — so by the end of week two, you’re not guessing how to launch, what to share, or when to share it.Instead, you leave with a brand and a plan you can follow.

Proof that a brand you can act on beats overthinking every time

Christiana completely transformed my DIY brand - she made it so much better than I could've imagined! I feel confident, creative with this newfound direction, & so so so excited to put my brand out there in the world through my website and social media because of the brand identity she developed for me. I can't thank her enough!

—Jaclyn,

With Love Jaclyn

I feel so lucky to have found Christiana! Professional, creative, reliable, responsive and Stellar delivery of work- I don't think you can ask for more. I loved every step of the process of working with Christiana - from the discovery call to the final handoff. The work is so good that I'm ready to work with her again! Seriously, thank you for being so thoughtful with this dream of mine.

—Ariba,

Unmissables with Ariba Jahan

Christiana is worth every. single. penny. I knew she was going to be the designer I wanted to work with from the moment we hopped on the discovery call. As a Founder, I was SO picky about who would design my agency's branding - I wanted to stand out. Christiana was SO quick, thoughtful, and professional and truly has such a unique eye for brand design. Sometimes I just pull up the brand guidelines deck she created for my agency because I simply love looking at it lol. Christiana makes MAGIC happen. If you are on the fence about making this investment, let me make it easy for you: just do it, my friend. It'll be worth it!

—Noelle,

the giddy group

Christiana is an absolute superstar to work with. From brand building to design, Christiana is a swiss army knife! It was super easy to work with her to figure out my brand identity and building a website that not only I love, but has also received huge praise from my customers and industry partners.

—Anna,

cannabinista

Christiana was the perfect match for my brand. She listened to all of my needs and wants. She brought them to life in only a week! She is so detailed, creative, and organized. She made a small business owner’s dreams come true!

—Tyjai,

Unprofessionail

As a bit of a control freak, I was hesitant to work with a designer and handing over creative control. However, from the very start Christiana put me completely at ease. She was incredibly patient, took the time to truly understand my vision, and made the entire process feel effortless.

On top of her talent and professionalism, Christiana is just a wonderful person to work with—warm, friendly, and incredibly reassuring. I was initially nervous about making the investment, but she proved time and time again that I had made the right choice—not just in hiring a designer, but in choosing her.

I’m not a mind reader, I just know squirrel brains because I am one

According to my scientific research on Threads, all creatives agree on this: your own brand is the hardest project you’ll ever touch.

Not because you don’t know what you’re doing, but because you know too much.
About a year ago, I rebranded into Merry Morning.

And even with over a decade in the design industry and 70+ clients under my belt, I caught myself doing the same thing my clients do.

Hovering.

That experience is exactly why First Light exists.

I don’t just build a brand you love staring at.

But a brand you can act on — with clear decisions, real momentum, and a plan that actually gets followed.

Because confidence doesn’t come from perfect branding.

It comes from finally knowing what to do next, and doing it.

Frequently Asked Questions

How involved do I need to be in the creative decisions?

Your input matters — but you’re not expected to art-direct the process.

Before we begin, you’ll complete a pre-project questionnaire and share moodboards of what you like (and don’t). From there, we intentionally lock in one creative direction together.

Once that direction is set, I carry it through.

You’re involved where decisions matter, not where they slow things down. That’s how First Light keeps this moving without stressing you out.

What if I don’t like it?

This is why First Light starts with direction.

We lock in creative direction early using your input, references, and clear decision points so we’re aligned before anything is built.

From there, the design phase is execution, not guesswork.

You have two focused rounds of revisions to refine what’s been created. That boundary is what keeps this moving and actually finished.

The goal isn’t endless options. It’s a brand you trust enough to launch.

How much time do I need to set aside during the two weeks?

Very little, especially compared to doing this yourself.

You’ll need a bit of focused time upfront to complete the questionnaire and align on creative direction, plus a 1:1 one-hour call during week two. Outside of that, this is intentionally designed to fit into a real, running business.

First Light is built so you’re handing this off, and not rearranging your life or clearing your calendar.

I don’t “hate” my brand, but something feels off. Is First Light right for me?

Yes, First Light isn’t about burning everything down unless that’s actually what’s needed.

Many clients come in with pieces that still work. A logo they’ve built recognition around. Visuals they don’t want to completely abandon. The issue isn’t that it’s bad — it’s that it no longer supports where the business is headed.

We assess this in the creative direction phase.

If something is doing its job, we keep it. If something is holding you back, we refine / replace it.

We’re not doing a dramatic overhaul for the sake of change. It’s alignment, so your brand matches and navigates your pivot.

What happens after the two weeks are over?

By the end of First Light, you have a launch-ready brand and the tools that get you moving immediately.

That looks like:

  • Brand photoshoot curation so your brand photos actually match the brand we just built
  • A brand launch checklist so nothing lives in your head
  • A launch content calendar that tells you what to share and when
  • Four weeks of post-project support to help you follow through once things are live

The goal is to make sure your brand gets used, launched, and integrated into your business. Most importantly, with support while you do it.

First Light ends with momentum.
